I’ll start this off by saying that I am not a food blogger, or a recipe blogger!

I can’t be the only one who’s kids love those Skippy Peanut Butter Balls, they come in different varieties with granola and pretzels inside. – My boys will sit and eat the whole cup in one sitting!

So I wanted to take my shot at making some at home.

You only need 3 ingredients!

I used:

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

When I make this again I think I’ll add a little more maple syrup to see if it makes them a little more creamy!

You’ll combine all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowel.

You may need to stick the bowl in the freezer for a few minutes to be able to roll the mixture into balls. In my case I didn’t need to.

Once everything is combined, roll into balls, as big or small as you’d like.

My boys complained that these were bigger than the Skippy ones… so next time I have to make them smaller.

As I rolled them I placed them in a glass dish to be able to store them in the fridge. I chose the fridge so they can stay fresh longer but they can also stay out and be kept in an air tight container.

I thought they were pretty good! They would be a quick snack to take to work or just a quick pick me up during the day!
