Going to the gym just isn’t ideal for me. For one, I have too much anxiety for that. Secondly, there’s no time in the day.

Here’s a few apps that I’ve stuck with and really use!

Verv – Verv has walking, running and meditation lessons that a lot of other apps do not. You can also track your steps, and exercise time in Verv. Verv will give you recommendations on how many calories you need to burn each day, and how many calories you need to eat.

I like the workouts that Verv offers because you can choose from super short workouts or long.

FitOn – In the FitOn app you choose a goal and you will see recommendations for that goal. My personal favorite is Pilates by Cassey Ho. You can choose a workout by trainer, intensity, time, target areas, courses and so much more!
