Need a quick easy meal that you can eat on for a few days?

This chicken casserole is perfect!

Here’s a quick reel a made if you prefer video.

You’re gonna need:

9×13 dish or casserole dish

Chicken breasts

2 boxes of chicken stuffing

2 cans of cream of chicken

Seasoning

Butter

Milk

I chose to cook my chicken in my Ninja Foodie on the air fryer function. I added some olive oil, some seasoning, and sprayed my air fryer with olive oil spray. Air fried for about 20 min. You can cook your chicken any way you’d like though.

While the chicken is cooking, get your casserole dish prepared. For the bottom layer, I used one box of chicken stuffing mix. I heated 1/2 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of butter is a microwave safe dish, then added my stuffing, mix up the stuffing really good. Spread the stuffing for the bottom layer of your casserole.

While your chicken is still cooking, go ahead and prepare your cream of chicken, I heat mine on the stove. Add both cans, and then fill one of the cans with milk and mix in the milk. Let this sit until you need it, stir occasionally so it doesn’t stick.

Once the chicken is done, shred it however you would like. I put mine in the food processor but I also like to just shred it with a fork! Spread the shredded chicken on top of the stuffing layer.

Once you’ve added your chicken, pour the cream of chicken on top of the shredded chicken.

Now you’re ready for your last layer, you’re going to mix the other box of chicken stuffing the same way as the first, and add this on top.

Preheat your oven to 350 and bake the chicken casserole for 20min.

Done!
