3.2 pounds to be exact, in one week!

I decided to give intermittent fasting a shot! I’m glad I did, because it’s working!

I started July 4, 2020 at 132.2 lbs. Today, July 12, 2020 I’m at 129.0. I’m not at my goal yet, but that’s quite an improvement within a week!

I’ve been using the app Fastic (not affiliated) to track my fasting times. I’ve been doing 16:8. That means I fast for 16 hours and have an 8 hour window to eat. Sometimes I do longer. As the days past it gets so much easier and you don’t even feel hungry!

I’ve also noticed I can’t eat as much as I used do!

The only things I have during my fast are water and coffee. For best results, black coffee, but I’ve been doing just a splash of creamer and a little whipped cream(supposedly if you stay under 50 calories it won’t break your fast!)

During my eating window I usually have a Hello Fresh meal for dinner, and maybe some snacks, nothing to big!

So far I’m seeing great results! Let’s see if I can meet my goal with intermittent fasting
